Nathan Ensz joined Kingwood as lead pastor in August 2017. He is a native Oregonian and has been serving in ministry since 2000. He attended Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon where he received a double major in Youth Ministry and Bible & Theology. In 1999, he married his wife Kelsey. Together they have three children. They enjoy camping, water activities, board games, and walks around the neighborhood in the evening. Nathan and his family are excited to serve Kingwood Bible Church and the community of West Salem.

Seth West joined Kingwood as youth intern October 2018. Born in Salem and raised in Monmouth, he is a local man through and through. He even took the opportunity to settle in Independence with his young family. Seth married his wife Jessie in 2016 and they have two girls. Seth is completing his interdisciplinary bachelors of ministry and theology at Corban University in the Spring of 2020. His passion lies in equipping young leaders in the church while serving the community with his family.

Alyssa Neufeld joined Kingwood as youth intern in June 2019.  She grew up in Dallas, Oregon, recently completing a one year program at Ecola Bible College in Canon Beach, Oregon.  Alyssa enjoys outdoor adventure, acquiring new skill sets, reading and learning new information, and has a heart for youth, missions, and other cultures.
